Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. If your just getting back into exercising, this is a great class to ease into at your own pace. There is no judgement here! Start off the class with cardio moves in front of the mirror and then move over to our newly installed punching bag area that sports 12 bags that range from light to heavy.
Great For Parents Of Kung Fu Students
We designed this class for parents to be able to have their children take Kung Fu class on Tuesdays at 6pm. Rather than sitting on the bench, you have the opportunity to burn off stress from the day and get a great workout of your own! Get to know other Kung Fu parents and have some fun!
